Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours in case you change your mind. We will refund you your payment. Once you approve a preview design — we can’t make a refund as our artists have already worked to create your unique painting. 

Returns and refunds

We can’t offer you returns and refunds after you approve a preview as we create complete custom products on demand. So please pay attention while choosing a royal pet portrait costume and size. 

Unfortunately, things happen. If you get the wrong product or size, your painting was damaged during delivery, or anything else makes you unhappy — contact us within 24 hours you get a parcel. We will consider your situation and may ship you a new product or make a refund. 

Show us a photo of the painting damage if something happened to it during transportation.
